By international regulations, all live animals entering most countries MUST be handled by a Licensed Import Agent (Transhipper).
All Giant Betta shipments from Zabarutkers Betta World:
- Ship from Indonesia
- Arrive at the destination AIRPORT (NOT directly to customer address)
- Must be cleared by Customs
- Must be inspected by the Department of Fish & Wildlife
The Transhipper will handle all legal import processes so the fish can enter the customer’s country legally and safely.
📦 What Is Included in Our Price?
Fish price + Export shipping fee paid on our website includes:
✔ Fish cost
✔ Export documentation
✔ International air cargo
✔ Delivery to Transhipper
It DOES NOT include:
❌ Domestic delivery from Transhipper to customer
❌ Import duty or inspection fees
❌ Local handling charges
These extra fees must be paid directly to the Transhipper in the customer’s country.
